Dr. Tina R. Walker
Interim Chief People & Culture Officer
Tina R. Walker is an accomplished executive, having spent more than 30 years serving and supporting organizations in the Human Resources and Administration space. She has spoken on several platforms and has written publications as a subject matter expert in all areas of human resources, organizational excellence, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
She has conducted training courses and led conversations across the United States around the same topics. Tina served as an adjunct professor for more than a decade, helping students learn and grow through their commitments toward bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
Tina holds a doctorate in organizational leadership, master’s in business administration, and bachelor’s in communications. She believes that it is important to take care of the people who take care of people, which is why her contributions matter.
She is a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie, and trusted friend. These are the titles that make her proud and give her purpose.
