Raymond Flores is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading enterprise IT strategy, digital innovation, and organizational transformation. Ray has an extensive background in higher education and healthcare technology, most recently serving as Associate Dean & Chief Information Officer at the USC Gould School of Law. In this role, he led strategic planning, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and the implementation of innovative digital solutions to support academic and administrative operations.
Throughout his career, Ray has held leadership roles at institutions including the USC Marshall School of Business, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Northrop Grumman. His expertise spans Cybersecurity cloud transformation, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies, with a growing focus on artificial intelligence and innovative digital health solutions.
Ray holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from USC Rossier, an MBA in Technology Management & Strategy from USC Marshall, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly, Pomona. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive equity, improve access, and create meaningful impact in the communities organizations serve.
