Project Manager

As Project Manager at Wellness Equity Alliance, Abhigya supports healthcare project implementation across credentialing, clinic expansion, and reporting operations. She works closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and has led efforts to streamline provider onboarding and build reporting tools that improve visibility into program performance.

Abhigya’s commitment to public health took root early, leading preventive health initiatives across rural Nepal that reached hundreds of participants and helped raise $200K to support free clinics for underserved communities.

That experience shaped her drive to work at the intersection of operations and access — most recently as a Program Coordinator at Cope Health Solutions, where she coordinated intern placements across Los Angeles hospitals and used Salesforce and Power BI to strengthen program reporting.

Abhigya is motivated by building systems that make care more reachable for communities who need it most, and is working toward a long-term goal of senior operations leadership within a California health system.
