Throughout her career, Maísa has led multi-site operations, developed high-performing teams, and implemented operational strategies that improve access, efficiency, quality, and patient experience. Her expertise includes healthcare operations, program development, workflow optimization, staff leadership, performance improvement, and strategic planning.

As Director of State Operations for Wellness Equity Alliance, Maísa partners with clinical and operational teams to strengthen programs that expand access to care for underserved and vulnerable communities throughout California. She is passionate about building sustainable systems, fostering collaboration, and supporting innovative models of care that advance health equity and improve community outcomes.
