Wellness Equity Alliance designs, implements, and scales integrated healthcare and public health models for communities disproportionately impacted by health inequities. Our field-based street medicine, clinic-based, and community-based programs address the social, structural, and environmental barriers that shape health by delivering medical care, behavioral health services, substance use support, infectious disease care, care coordination, and wraparound services where people are.
