Nav is passionate about improving Public Health by working with diverse communities to eliminate health disparities and provide essential health care services to all members regardless of their Social Determinants of Health. Nav’s strong sense of purpose and a desire to provide excellent health care helps to enhance WEA’s mission to transform health care delivery.

Her work experience as a Director of Nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic allowed her to see the ways different communities were impacted by lack of access to care and resources and worked tirelessly in launching mobile testing and vaccination clinics to provide this necessary care to the Northern California population. Her ability to approach problems creatively and identify the best path forward helped overcome substantial challenges encountered during the process.

Nav is a Registered Nurse from the State of California, currently residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently holds licenses to practice nursing in ten states as well as in Canada. Nav is also licensed as a Public Health Nurse in California and is enthusiastic to be a part of the future of public health.
