Marilyn C. Ho

Chief of Staff

Marilyn C. Ho has extensive experience leading executive operations for complex, mission- driven organizations. As Chief of Staff, she bridges vision and execution to enterprise priorities, oversees strategic and cross-functional initiatives, and supports organizational cultural alignment and stakeholder engagement.

Her professional experience includes board governance, business development, change management, human resources, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, project management, and strategy. 

She previously served as Chief of Staff to the Dean of the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She received her MBA from the University of Southern California and her BS from the University of California, San Diego.

Marilyn serves on the Board of Directors of the Program for Torture Victims, a 501(c)3 supporting dignity and recovery for torture survivors and asylum seekers with therapy, case management, forensic evaluations, and other supportive services.
