Jamie L. Santana is a thirteen-year Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) for Valley Health Partners Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-alike, recognized by HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Jamie serves on the PA CHW Certification Advisory Board, PA Steering Committee, PA CHW Task Force and is Chair of PA CHW Association, Co-Chair of the United Way Resilient Lehigh Valley Community Outreach and Engagement Action Team, and CHW consultant for Wellness and Equity Alliance. Jamie is pursuing her degree in Social Work at Temple University and continues to advocate for individuals and CHW’s in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.
